Yoga & Cricket

You may wonder in what all
ways yoga can improve your
cricketing skills. The main
strength of an cricketer lies
in the mind power. The
batting,bowling and even
the fielding is directly
linked to the mind power.
The master blaster (sachin),
the jumbo (kumble) and
the king of spin (warne) are
the best example for the
cricketers who used their
mind power for victory.
When ever we hear about
yoga like reflex action the
thing which will come to
our mind is about our mind
it self. Yoga will not only
help us to improve our
mind power but also it help
us to improve our
cricketing skills. The main
output of yoga is that all of
your hormons get
activated, which will give
you a huge energy to be
active in any thing and you
will be much more
confident than before.
Second main output of
yogo is that your body will
become more flexible,
which is most important for
any sportsmen and the
most important outcome is
that you can improve your
visualisation power. If you
have a great visualisation
power you can achive any
thing that's why A.P.J Abdul
Kalam has said to the
children " Dream, Dream,
Dream . . . . . "
