Any persons having any
problems to their lungs or
for breathing should not do
any yoga 'asanas' which are
on this blog unless
consulting an expert.
Before starting yoga you
should do some small small
exercises in order to loose
your body muscles. Some
simple exercises like
rotating: arms,fore arms,
shoulders,legs,hips,neck.
bending either sides,
jumping can be done.
While doing yoga don't do
any 'asana' with any stress
or stain, if you can't bend
much bend untill you can
through continues
practicing of yoga you can
achive it.
